It’s a song inspired by shared humanity in a time of increasing social tension and ecological decay. A song dedicated to a revolutionary kind of love!
Sarah was a pleasure to work with. She had a clear concept and we worked through her ideas so that we could create a graphic that was representative of her as well as the message of the song. I was inspired by the aesthetic of indie movies, especially ones that are shot on film and have a retro feel.
I usually illustrate on Procreate, but for this project, I used Adobe Fresco so that Sarah could have a scalable vector graphic that would work as an EP size as well as a poster.
